I am headed over to Gina's to be a cheering committee while she and Corbin run the Turkey Trot, or what we fondly call the Gobble Hobble. A few years ago I was having seizures and underwent a 72 hour EEG. Gina was at my house at like 3am to remove electrodes from my head with some kind of glue remover that smelled like battery acid and nail polish remover. As soon as everything was taken off I put on my running clothes and we took off for the craziness of downtown Fort Worth. We were training for the Princess Marathon. This year I'd probably go into labor at mile 1...lol It's interesting where life takes us! Well enough reminiscing......
WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR TODAY?
I am thankful for family, friends, health, and the many opportunities that the Lord has given me.

Today is a wonderful day, no matter what.
I am very thankful to still have my parents (they will be 90 and 83 next month) even though their mental health is not what it was when I was growing up.
This is the 3rd Thanksgiving for Don and I to be together, and for that I am very thankful. This is the first year for us to spend it with his family, and his Mom and I are great friends.
I am most thankful this year that I'm working again.
